Process

Wedding Paintings

Consultation: Let's start by having a conversation about your vision for the painting. We can meet in person, schedule a phone call, or communicate via email or video chat. During this consultation, you can share your ideas, preferences, and any specific details you would like me to include in the painting. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll also provide guidance based on my experience.

  1. Agreement and Booking: Once we have discussed the details and finalized the scope of work, we will create an agreement or contract that outlines everything we have agreed upon. This agreement will cover aspects such as the date, time, and location of your wedding, pricing, payment terms, and any additional services you may require. Once the agreement is signed, we can move forward with the booking.

  2. Preparations: To ensure that I capture the essence of your wedding day, I may ask you for reference materials such as photographs or sketches of the venue, floral arrangements, and any other important elements. These references will help me become familiar with the surroundings and key details before the wedding.

  3. Wedding Day: On your special day, I will arrive at the venue at the agreed-upon time. I will set up my easel, canvas, and art supplies in a location that provides a good view of the ceremony or reception. This allows me to work comfortably while capturing the magical moments as they unfold.

  4. Painting Process: As the wedding festivities progress, I will begin creating the painting in real-time. With a blend of creativity and technical skills, I will work diligently to capture the atmosphere, emotions, and unique details of your wedding day. I will focus on the elements you have requested, such as the ceremony, first dance, or other significant moments.

  5. Interaction with Guests: Throughout the painting process, I love engaging with your guests who may be curious about the art being created. I enjoy sharing my passion and answering any questions they may have. This interaction adds an extra layer of excitement and allows your guests to witness the artwork come to life.

  6. Completion and Delivery: Once the painting is finished or near completion, I will add any final touches and details in my studio if required. I will ensure that the artwork is carefully packaged or framed, based on our agreement. We can discuss delivery options or arrange for a convenient time and location for you to pick up the finished piece.

Remember, this process is customizable based on your preferences and any additional services we may have agreed upon. Open communication between us throughout the process is essential to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience of having a live wedding painting created.
